Bilderberg Conference or Another Invitation Lost In The Mail

You know it was bad enough that my invitation to the World Economic Summit at Davos was lost in the mail and now this...

I didn't receive an invitation to the Bilderberg Conference being held at the Survretta Hotel in St. Moritz Switzerland.

How is this possible?

Red Carpet Jewelry - It's All About Pay To Play

We've all known for years that A-list celebrities borrowed gowns and jewelry to wear on the red carpet.
It's one thing to wear goods on loan,
it's another thing altogether to get paid to show off the swag.

According to Jewelry Insider, golden girl Gwyneth Paltrow, was paid a rumored $500,000
to sport that gorgeous multi-gemstone brooch and earrings set by Louis Vuitton.
I loved the colorful jewelry look with the neutral gown,
but doesn't Mrs. Martin have enough already with all of the Cold Play cash.

And then we have Anne Hathaway who was paid $750,000 to wear Tiffany.

Granted, as co-host she had multiple outfit changes

so lots of jewelry was needed 

But really, three quarters of a MILLION dollars, to model the goods for one night!

The next time that you go shopping at Tiffany, keep in mind that you the client are being charged sky high prices so that Anne Hathaway can be paid to wear their jewelry one night of the year.

OMG!!!! - So Bananas - I Could Die

Was yesterday the best day ever....the sun came out and I think that the summer finally started
I went down to Laguna Beach to spend the day with the family and
at my mother's house I saw the finally saw the print issue of ELLE magazine
the one with the Julia Roberts photos
and then surprise of all surprises
There was a fashion spread with Kim Kardashian (OMG!!!) and Justin Bieber ( double OMG!!!!!)
and Kim was frolicking in the water in Jean Mahie jewelry from you know where

Isn't Kim pretty...she has some serious assets.
OK...full disclosure here...I basically have no idea who Justin Bieber is
but I know that he is very high up on constellation the celebrity hierarchy
so I am pleased.
And today, it is 6:40 am and the sun is out this morning for the first time in months.
